Full Body Check

A clear, honest picture of your health — from a doctor who takes the time to explain it.

What is a Full Body Check?

Prevention starts with knowing.

A Full Body Check at FMAC combines a consultation, physical examination and a panel of laboratory tests, personalised to your age, gender and risk factors. Rather than a fixed checklist, Dr Gerald Tan reviews your history first and recommends the screening that's actually relevant to you.

Every result is discussed with you in person, in plain language — including what it means, what (if anything) needs following up, and when to check again.

How it works

Personalised, not off-the-shelf.

Dr Gerald Tan starts with a detailed conversation about your health history, lifestyle and any family history of illness. From there, he recommends an appropriate panel of tests and examinations — arranged either in-clinic or via referral — and personally reviews every result with you afterwards.

Afterwards

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

What's actually included?
This is personalised rather than fixed — Dr Tan recommends the panel of tests relevant to your age, gender and risk factors at consultation, so you're not paying for screening you don't need.
Do I need to fast beforehand?
It depends on which tests are recommended for you. You'll be told clearly in advance if fasting is required.
When will I get my results?
Results are reviewed by Dr Tan and discussed with you at a follow-up consultation, rather than sent without context.
Does this replace seeing my regular doctor?
No — a Full Body Check complements your ongoing care. If you have an existing doctor managing a condition, we'd encourage you to keep that relationship and share your results with them.
How often should I do this?
Typically annually, though Dr Tan may suggest a different interval based on your individual risk factors.
